As requested, I have reviewed the proposed paving, grading, and utilities as they relate to shifting
the proposed east drive approximately 6' west. This shift in the proposed drive will have no
impact on utility andlor paving design west of [he easternmost proposed parking. 1 will inform
the Contractor to refrain from any work east of the proposed parking until the revised plans arc
approved by the City, with the exception of the proposed fire hydrant, which will not be impacted
by the shift.
Due to the dispute in the east property line, we will be revising and resubmitting construction
documents with the proposed east drive shifted 6' and an additional 6' removed from the median
nose as soon as possible for administrative approval by the City. Please feel free to call if you
have any questions.
