Contractor to take delivery of precast box culvert the first week in March 2002.

Contractor is clearing site and staking centerline of the culvert. Started the Installation of the box culvert on the downstrean end.
WEEK 7 (May 6 -10)
Contractor is installing the box culvert. Completed the tie-in to the existing 54-inch pipe. May need to realign the headwall to avoid eroding an existing bank- Inspector is talking with the property owner.
WEEK 8 (May 12 -17)
Property owner does not want to lose tree that would be lost if the headwall is realigned. Contractor poured headwall as shown on the plans. Started placing the fill and hauling in the rock rip rap. Hauled
off the debris from the site.
WEEK 9 (May 20 - 24)
Contractor Is continuing to place the fin.
WEEK 10 (May 27 - 31)
Contractor Is continuing to place the fill. Contractor placed some of the handrail.
WEEK 11 (June 3 -7)
Handrail plates did not fit the headwall. Headwall had to be repaired. Constructed manhole and grate inlet.
WEEK 12 (June 10 -14)
Contractor placed top soil and completed final grading. Placed temporary railing and 8 -inch rock rip -rap.
WEEK 13 (June 17 -21)
WEEK 14 (June 24 -28)
Handrail set, added rock rip-rap and hydro-mulohed.
WEEK 16 (July 1 -5)
Contractor had problem with erosion and added additional material.
