A final walk -thru for paving, utilities and drainage on the referenced project has
been scheduled for Wednesday. October 23'd at 9:00 a.m.

Subject: Belt Line Road Walk -thru
A walk -thru on Belt Line Road will be conducted for paving and drainage improvements on Wednesday,
October 23, at 9:00 A.M. The City of Coppell and City of Dallas are encouraged to attend. If either City
cannot attend we would like to have any punch list items they may have by next week so that the
contractor can get everyting done in a timely manner. Preliminary items have already been provided to the
contractor which they are working on and will hopefully have completed by Wednesday. The contractor
has been told to contact the cities separately regarding utilities and the traffic signals.
We can meet at the field office then go to one end of the project and start from there. I plan on walking
most of the project fron one end to the other. If anybody doesn't want to do this they can meet us at
intersections or other critical areas if they so wish.
