Belt Line Road
The new traffic signals should be functioning and there already should be at least a partial opening of the south Ianes.There will be split traffic with
one lane in each direction for about a week while the contractor completes pavement markings, inlet and pavement repairs, seeding /sodding, etc.
after which the entire road will be opened with only punch list items remaining.
I gave a copy of the August 16 letter to the contractor and they have been instructed to get with the City directly regarding City utility items. I will
conduct a walk -thru on the paving/drainage as soon as Friday or next week. We will probably determine a daytime for the walk -thru at our weekly
meeting on Thursday and I will let the City know so that they can attend if desired.
