Creekview Add PD-CS021017T N i C 1 T Y O R COPPELL F X A 8, , 5 q October 17, 2002 Creekview Home Owner Association %Claudia Adams 208 Glendale Drive Coppell, TX 75019 RE: Satoh on the Creek Dear Sir or Madam: It was recently brought to the attention of the City of Coppell that a potential discrepancy exists between the east property line of Salon on the Creek, as shown on the plat, and the west property line of a parcel of property purchased by Tim Plena, the property owner at 150 E. Bethel Road. It is conceivable that this property line dispute could take some time to resolve. Therefore, the owner of Salon on the Creek has adjusted the driveway entrance from the development onto Bethel Road by shining it approximately six feet closer to Denton Tap Road. This shifting of the driveway toward Denton Tap Road also necessitates the removal of an additional six feet of the median in Bethel Road. The original plan for the median removal shows 15 feet of the m~ian to be removed. With the driveway revision, 21 feet of the median will be removed.
