FYI -This development will need to be coordinated with the proposed Sandy Lake Road improvements. 2. Sidewalk will be required along Riverview Drive. Coordinate the walk with the Sandy Lake Road improvements. 3. FYI - A median opening will not be provided at the driveway onto Sandy Lake Road once the improvements are complete. 4. The grading plan should be prepared so that no runoff is discharged to Sandy Lake Road. Utility Plan 1. Label the 8" waterline along the east property line. 2. The water meters must be located within the right-of--way or in an easement. 3. Show existing and/or proposed fire hydrants. 4. Bullhead meters may not be acceptable, Will verify with Public Works prior to the next DRC meeting.
