Site Plan
1. FYI -This development will need to be coordinated with the proposed Sandy Lake Road
improvements.
2. FYI - A median opening will not be provided at the driveway onto Sandy Lake Road once
the improvements are complete.
3. The grading plan should be prepared so that no runoff is discharged to Sandy Lake Road.

The use of bullhead water meters is still being considered.
