REMARKS Ken, the attached drawing reflects a change to 39" RCP culverts for the drainage
under Starleaf. Please note we have moved the primary culvert to the property line
to better align with the existing ditch. Also, we have called for 42" safety end
treatments because TXDOT and the precast folks to not show a 39". Please call
with any questions.
