In Note #1, the City Engineer for the City of Coppell is Kenneth M. Griffin, P.E., rather than Steven R. Homeyer, and his telephone number is 972 - 304 -3679. 2. In Note #9, add "and with a City of Coppell Tree Removal Permit ". 3. Designate the off -site location in General Note # 21, if known. 4. Correct the typo in General Note #22. 5. Add a note requiring that all adjacent homeowners will be notified prior to the start of work. 6. In Note #2 under the Access and Haul Road notes, how do you intend to address possible damage to the new hike and bike trail due to the temporary access road? Project Overview Mau The Lake Park Subdivision in incorrectly labeled as the Park Lake Subdivision. It will be the responsibility of Carter & Burgess, Inc. to obtain all necessary permits and approvals to proceed with the work. A Floodplain Development Permit from the City of Coppell is required and I have attached the application for your convenience. Once the above changes have been made, please submit three sets of plans for the City's use and as many sets as the contractor needs so that they can be signed by the City as approved for construction.
