Industrial-Special Use Permit-1198 Revised), to amend the site plan and
increase the size of the mini-warehouse facility with on-premise use
(caretakers quarters) to approximately 75,000-square feet on 4.83 acres of
property located along the south side of Belt Line Road, approximately
4,100 feet east of MacArthur Boulevard, at the request of Walter Nelson.

1. Conspicuously show and label the limits of the floodplain.
2. The use of the 12" abandoned sanitary sewer is still under consideration by the Public Works
Department.
3. Preliminary drainage and grading will be reviewed when received.
4. If the storm water runoff is taken into the floodplain, a letter of approval from the Irving Flood
Control District will be required.
