Dear Steve:
The Creekview Limited Partnership is aware of and agrees to irrigate and landscape the medians in the
Bethel Road right-of-way; build the decorative walls over the first box culvert; and seed the side slopes,
thereby providing erosion protection around the box culverts in the right-of--way. We anticipate being
completed by December 14, 1988, provided T.U. Electric finishes their work in a timely manner and
there is not an excessive amount of bad weather days. Other grading will be done by the builders as
they build on each lot.
