As you know, we have recently shifted the Bethel Road entry drive and associated foe lane to the
west six feet (6'). This revision still allows for inside fire lane radii to be consistent with that
approved on the Site Plan and Plat at the entry. We understand that the fire lane easement
configuration must be revised and re-retarded prior to issuance of a final certificate of
