Dear Mr. Campbell:
The existing concrete pavement has been removed and the subgrade exposed on the above referenced
project. We have conducted a visual inspection of the subgrade, and we did not observe any apparent
surface evidence that indicates failure or displacement of the existing storm drainage piping. The
contractor plans to begin lime stabilization of the subgrade early next week, and if you wish to
conduct any other inspections, we need to schedule these in the next few days. If you have any
questions or require any additional information, please do not hesitate to call.
