This letter is to confirm our telephone conversation today regarding the above referenced project. It
is our understanding that the Street Department has completed their evaluation of the storm drainage
lines in Burns Road and have determined that no repair or replacement work is required. I have
relayed this information to Carter- Crowley Properties, Inc., and they will notify their contractor that
they are authorized to proceed on the remaining portion of the project.
