Fm attaching a copy of an assignment agreement for the city to take
over the ruby road design contract. T have a question for Bob:
Does the agreement need to go to Council? We will be reimbursing Duke
about $46,000 and assuming the balance of the contract amount of about
$13,000. Ts this viewed as a $59,000 contract or two contracts of less
than $50,000 each?
Let me know so if it needs Council action ! can get the agenda item on
the October 8th Council meeting.
