As has been requested, I have scheduled a meeting with representatives of the property near the
intersection of MacArthur Blvd. and Beltline Road concerning the realignment of Beltline Road.
This item was brought forth at a previous Council meeting and direction was given to schedule
a meeting to revisit the project to see if it is still a viable project.
The meeting has been Scheduled for ThurSday, May 271h, at 10:00 a.m., in the 2nd floor
conference room.
The participants from the property will be Henry BillingsIcy and Don Blackwood. I have also
contacted Kirk King with TU Electric concerning this meeting. Mr. King has indicated that he
or a representative from TU Electric will be present at the meeting.
