Subject: Alternate Bid info for Ruby Road
Ken and Suzan,
Based on our conversation yesterday here is the status of items needing to be resolved by PKCE.
1. Provide Alternate Bid Plans (Storm, Water, and Sewer only)
- Plans were sent to the City as of mid day today.
2. Revise Spec Book as needed for Alt Bid.
- Items revised in spec book were e-mailed to Paula Crocker.
3. Provide cut/fill analysis for each phase.
- Cut/Fill numbers break down are as follows. Please note that the existing asphalt as well as the
proposed pavement was taken into account.
Phase I - approximately 4700 CY of fill required.
Phase II - approximately 1200 CY of cut
Phase III - approximately 1850 CY of cut.
4. Provide a listing of trees to be removed.
- CJE faxed the list of trees to be removed to Suzan Taylor attention within the last half hour.
