Subject: Coppell Greens
A call came in this morning from Chamma Punnoose at 841 Fallkirk Ct in Coppell Greens. She said the
retaining wall behind her lot was broken and the ground around it was being undermined by the rain.
About a foot of her back yard has sunk next to the wall. She also said the HOA was supposed to fix it, but
they still hadn't after many complaints. I told her that if it was the responsibility of the HOA, the City would
probably not fix the problem. Ken said you had been out to look at it before, and to refer this message to
you. Please call this lady and tell her why we can't do this. Her number is 972-462-0609. Thanks.
