In talking with Ken about landscaping in the drainage easement, he doesn't oppose having trees and
grass on the street side of the easement provided we tie the maintenance to the property rather than to
the owner with a license agreement filed at the county and shown on the plat. But he also said that it is up
to your department whether or not you want them to do it. Ball is in your court.
