1. Supports needed under piping in Fire meter vault.
2. Fire hydrant pad in roadway at southeast corner of building needs hole patched in
concrete.
3. 8" stubout valve at east cnd of parking lot needs pad repoured.
4. Chains on fire hydrants need to be attached to fire hydrant.
5. Water not draining at east end of parking lot.
