On this date, a HBC Engineering technician arrived at the above referenced jobsite as scheduled for
observation of daily field activities. The following was observed and/or tested.
HBC's technician was on the jobsite to observe and test compaction on the building pad's
moisture conditioned subgrade and on-site utilities. Weir Bros. continued to work on the north
end of the building pad, lines 8 to 11 and A to J. No in-place density tests were taken on the
building pad on this date. Calhar worked on the storm line and water line excavation and
backfill. In-place density tests were taken on the water line backfill at the east side of the
building, refer to Field Density Testing Report #94021380.0030, dated 10/23/02.
