The stakes are supposed to be 2 feet inside our easement from the property
line.

The location of the new poles has been staked in the field. Can you
tell me where the poles are in relation to the right-of-way. Are they
on the right-of-way line or south of the right-of-line? Is there a
drawing that you could fax me? We are Uying to determine how many
trees we can save.

I had Jack and our surveyors contact each other directly. Jack is
sending
them drawings today that have benchmarks on them to match to field
locations. Our crews expect to be back on Ruby again by Wednesday,
Nov.
6th to locate the gas line depth and stake the power poles. Once this
is
done, I will finalize the design and release the job to construction.

I reread your email and if you are pertaining to the existing poles, they
are approx. 13' north of the property line.
