I have a situation in which a property owner claims that the builder did not grade his lot to the specified
plans and he is now having drainage problems in his back yard. Our records indicate that individual lot
drainage plans were to be submitted prior to issuing a C.O. because the lots would be graded after such
time that the property was purchased (in a effort to save trees). We do not have any individual lot
drainage plans in our files. Would you care to check your file to see if you do? The property is located at
139 Manchester Lane (Lot 11, Block A) and the home was built approx. 11/1999. Thanks!
