SPECIAL USE PERMIT
City of Coppell, Texas
Please find enclosed the site plan sheets for the following changes.
We would like Permission to build a restroom in the existing structure behind
the main building at 416 West Bethel Rd. Coppell, Texas, to be used as an
office. It is ten feet from the original building.
l.We are proposing an addition 6 foot to this existing structure, for this
restroom.
This building is approximately 15 feet tall. The new domination will be 16 ft X
16ft., a total of 256 sq. ft. and is located II feet from the original building.
2. We would also like to add a parking space 10 ft. X 20 ft. of asphalt pavement
in front of the original structure at 416 Bethel Rd.
A site plan sheet is also enclosed for this.
