On this date, a HBC-Terracon technician arrived at the above referenced jobsite as scheduled for
observation of daily field activities. The following was observed and/or tested.
HBC's technician observed the reconditioned and recompacted material placed in the
building subgrade. In-place density tests will be performed at a later date.
