The City of Coppell is aware of the Schreiber Tract CLOMR that proposes to
redefine the floodplain of Denton Creek, and has reviewed the information sent to
FEMA. The property proposed to be removed from the Special Flood Hazard
Area (SFHA) by the Schreiber Tract CLOMR meets minimum floodplain
management criteria of Section 60.3 of the NFIP regulations and is reasonably
safe from flooding.
