JAK & CJE attended a pre-bid meeting at the City of Coppell. Issues generated at this
meeting are as follows:
a. PKCE to identify cut/fill number for each phase and identify if existing pavement has
been accounted for.
b. PKCE is to provide a list of trees that are to be removed.
c. PKCE is to provide the City by end of Tuesday, ALT - Bid documents so that an
addenda may be issued Wednesday.
d. PKCE is to show an additional air valve for the water main at the Ruby- Coppell Road
Intersection.
1. All items requested at pre-bid meeting were submitted to the City.
