Enclosed with this letter are three original contract documents. Please execute the three originals;
provide the required bonds and return two of the originals at the preconstmction conference. One
of the copies is for your file.
The preconstmction conference on the referenced project has been scheduled for Monday,
November 25, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. in the second floor conference room at Town Center, 255 Parkway
Blvd., Coppell, Texas.
