An alternate bid for the construction of Ruby Road was awarded on November 12, 2002.
Enclosed please find the alternate bid plan sheets for your use in the design of utility
relocations. The alternate bid enlarges the drainage system in Ruby Road and provides
for several drainage stubouts to the property on the south. It also provides for several
smbouts for fire hydrants and water line connections. These changes may impact the
relocation of your utilities.
