1. Meter Can not at grade.
2. Meter box must be cleaned out to below meter setter to check bottom nuts for leak.
3. Vault full of water; cannot check valves or Double Check.
4. Pour pad around City clean -out.
5. Locate FHV stack and raise to ground level and pour pad.
Call 972 -462 -5150 for a follow -up when items are corrected.
