Services: Daily field activities.
On this date, a HBC/Terracon technician arrived at the above referenced jobsite as scheduled for
observation of daily field activities. The following was observed and/or tested.
HBC's technician observed the reconditioned and recompacted material placed in the
building subgrade. In-place density tests will be performed at a later date.
At lines A to J and 3.8 to 4.2, a sample for gradation tests could not be obtained. This
area was tested for lime content utilizing lime depth check tests with little or no
indication of lime in the area. The contractor agreed to place an additional 10 tons of
lime in the area on 11/11/02.
