RE: Notification of Maintenance Bond Inspection

Dear Sir:
The two -year maintenance bond covering this project is nearing expiration. This letter is to request
that you provide a field inspection of the referenced project prior to the expiration date (01/17/03)
to confirm that no damage or failure exists in the condition of the following improvements:
1. 24" storm drain
2. water and sewer service
3. paving
Also, the status of the erosion control devices should be inspected to assure that they are in place
and functioning in a manner in accordance with the City of Coppell's Erosion Control Ordinance.
