NOTICE TO PROCEED WITH CONSTRUCTION
Dear Sir:
This letter will serve as your official notice to begin work on the referenced project. For
purposes of the contract, your calendar days will start ten days from the date of this letter. If
you should begin work prior to that date, then the calendar days will commence on the day
work begins. One hundred fifty calendar days were bid on this project for completion of
work. Therefore, if work begins ten days from the date of this letter i.e., December 16,
2002 (first Monday after expiration of 10 days) then the calendar days on the project will
expire on May 14, 2003.
