This letter is written as afollow-up to my October 15, 2002 letter in which I had requested a
resolution to three specific items.
Those items were:
1) All rock originally placed within the channel during the development of the subdivision and
that remains today stacked along the north side of the culvert should be removed from the
site.
2) The channel from the outfall of the culvert to the north property line should be adequately
graded to provide for positive drainage in this area.
3) The damaged grouted rock area on the south side of the channel should be repaired.
To this date I have not heard from you concerning a timetable for the resolution of these items. I
have again been contacted by representatives of the HOA concerning the timetable for a
resolution of these items.
Please contact me at your earliest convenience to provide a timetable of when this work will be
completed.
Sincerely, /-~
Kenneth M. Griffin, P.E.
