We respectfully request the following lots to be released for building permits:
Lots 15 21, Block A
Lots 9 14, Block B
We are in the process of final benching the lots with certification of lot elevations being
submitted to your office prior to issuance of building permits. We have an agreement
with TXU Electric to relocate the power pole existing in the intersection of Georgian
Drive and Sandy Lake Road. They have assured us that the relocation of this pole should
be no later than January 15, 2000.
