General Requirements — 1. All work will need to be coordinated with the development to the west (Angier's Professional Building, Sherrill Acres, Lot 213, Block 1). 2. Provide a letter from the owner of Sherrill Acres, Lot 213, Block 1 indicating that they have granted approval for the construction of the portion of the storm sewer system that is on their property. Plat — Label the 10' Utility Easement as a Utility, Firelane and Mutual Access Easement rather than a Drainage, Firelane, and Mutual Access Easement. Sheet C6 — Concrete encase the 8" waterline beneath drainage system Lines A and B. Please submit revised copies for the City Engineer's stamp. The City of Coppell requires three sets for its use; your office should submit as many additional sets as necessary for construction operations. All contractors and subcontractors onsite must have a copy of the plans approved by the City of Coppell. All fees must be paid prior to release of this project for construction. These fees consist of roadway impact and construction inspection fees to be paid to this office as requested in the Fee Assessment Letter dated November 19, 2002.
