COMMENTS:
The attached exhibits illustrate our proposed temporary and long term solution for the ponding water on the
Haverty's property just northwest of the Exchange Circle cul -de -sac.
We are proposing to install a 12 -inch catch basin at the center of the low area as shown on the first two
exhibits. The catch basin will connect directly into the top of the existing 66 -inch RCP storm pipe using a 12-
inch PVC pipe. The property owner will maintain this inlet just like all other on -site inlets.
In the future, when Haverty's expands the existing building, the existing pavement in this area will be removed
and replaced so that the original curb line and grades will be restored and the 12 -inch catch basin will be
removed.
Pease review and provide comments. We will make these revisions in CADD upon approval. Please contact me
