Larry Davis and I have both looked at the proposed solution to the ponding water just northwest of the
Exchange Circle cul -de -sac.
The City's preference is that the curb be pulled back and rebuilt to the original configuration however, the
catch basin will solve the ponding issue temporarily. The construction plans need to clearly indicate that
the catch basin is only temporary and will be removed during the future expansion of Haverty's. It also
needs to be labeled that the maintenance of the catch basin is the responsiblity of the property owner.
