The hazdi-plank shall cover no more than approximately 110 squaze-feet (15%) of the 700 square-foot surface area and shall be painted to match the trim of the building (bone). Additionally, the original building plans do not indicate that a stairwell will be provided from the proposed deck at the reaz of the building. While staff has no objection to the addition of a stairwell from the deck, please be aware that the floodplain line is in very close proximity to the rear of the building and no structures aze permitted within a designated floodplain azea.
