On this date, a HBCFFerracon technician arrived at the above referenced jobsite as scheduled for concrete batch plant observation. HBC's technician observed the concrete batching operation for Concrete Mix 9349 for the slab-on-grade placement. The concrete trucks were visually slumped and adjusted prior to leaving the concrete batch plant. No discrepancies were noted at the time of this observation.
