Turner: This letter is to request a formal response to our inquiry during the September 25th pre-construction meeting with Mr. Rick O'deN regarding fire lane stabilization at the re#erenced project. Bonner Associates hereby requests a variance in the requirement for lime stabilization in its entirety. We propose instead, 7" of 3000# concrete, reinforced 24" OC w/#3 rebar. This standard, if approved, will apply to all fire lanes, paving, and the approach. We thank you for your consideration of this matter. I can be reached for any questions you may have @ 214 476 4175. Sincerely, Taylor Bames Project Supt., Bonner Associates
