Mr. Bentley:
The City's Construction Inspector has brought it to my attention that an
additional easement is required on the plat for this development. The fire
hydrant adjacent to the driveway onto Wynnpage Drive should be
contained within an easement since it is directly connected to the City's
water main.
This change should be made prior to obtaining the necessary signatures
and filing the plat with the county. I apologize for any inconvenience this
may cause.
