Railroad Exhibit Comments - Project 10
Dear Mr. Young:
TxDOT is planning to award this construction contract about June 2003. The timetable will
primarily be controlled by the amount of time it takes TxDOT to get a contract with the railroad.
TxDOT has identified some changes to Exhibit A that are necessary for this railroad contract to
proceed. See the attachments as described below.
We request you make the necessary corrections and return a signed and sealed mylar of the
changes by November 22, 2002. If you feel that some review comments need further
discussion, notify this office immediately upon receipt.
