Fire Sprinkler Systems
Dear Sheri:
We are pleased to submit our proposal to furnish necessary design, labor and material for
a complete installation of a dry pipe automatic fire sprinkler systems throughout the above
referenced project.
Our proposal is based upon the sprinkler system being installed per the City of Coppell fire
code requirements, and NFPA #13 latest edition.
Price for Overhead Fire Sprinkler System : $12,380.00
Price for Under~raund Fire Main: $4,550.00
Total Price $16,930.00
Add items: 1. Add $7,560.00 to the underground pricing to include 6 inch DDC in
concrete vault.
Inclusions/Sco_pe of work:
1. Complete installation of dry pipe fire sprinkler system throughout the project referenced
above.
2. Install 130 feet of 6 inch underground fire main from the riser location in the signal shop
to the dischazge side of a new DDC meter vault. (see add for new meter vault)
3. Engineering plan and approval by the city.
Exclusions:
1. Fire extinguishers and cabinets.
2. Electrical wiring, Alarm hook up to central station.
3. Any painting.
