created by Liquidating Trust Agreement, dated June 6, 1989, acting
by and through its sole Trustee, in consideration of the sum of One
and No/100 Dollars ($1.00) and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid by the City of Coppell, Texas
("Grantee"), the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged and confessed, has GRANTED, BARGAINED, SOLD AND
CONVEYED and does by these presents GRANT, BARGAIN, SELLAND CONVEY
unto Grantee, that certain land located in the City of Coppell,

for the purposes aforesaid, the Premises.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein,
this Right-of-Way Dedication is made by Grantor and accepted by
Grantee subject to all existing easements which affect any portion
of the Premises and to any previous dedications of portions of the
Premises to Grantee by Grantor through subdivision plat(s) executed
by Grantor.
Executed by Grantor on the date of Grantor's acknowledgement,
but dated and effective for all purposes as of the 6th day of
May , 1996. '
