REMARKS Ken, the attached Aguirre drawing reflects our proposed Grading Plan at the main
entrance to agree with the future, improved grades for Sandy Lake Road. The copy
of the Sverdrup drawing has been modified to relocate the vertical curve from Sta
38+15 to Sta 37+75, as we discussed last week. We ask that you please review
these drawings at your earliest convenience, and advise us of any comments you
may have.
