Relocation Plans
Dear Mr. Porter:
We are in receipt of your relocation plans for the above referenced project. The City is in
the process of resolving a drainage system issue associated with the design of Bethel
Road I. We will move forward with the design of the project and review your relocation
plans sometime in early January 2003. As discussed, please coordinate your utility
relocation with Touch America. We will not allow the utilities to be relocated in separate
trenches. Should you have any questions or need any additional information, please call
