Subject: Bethel Road-Explorer Pipeline Relocation
Suzan,
Following up on our conversation from last week:
* I spoke to Patrick Nwakoby at Explorer this week. We had faxed
him several exhibits on June 21, 2002 showing the existing 12" pipeline
and the proposed relocation. Patrick said he reviewed the exhibits and
the relocation was acceptable to Explorer. The next step would be
getting approval and easement from DFW Airport for the relocation.
Should TranSystems contact DFW on the City's behalf, or is this
something Explorer may need to help us with. If TranSystems is to
contact at DFW, do you have a contact we could start with. Also, Patrick
is working up a cost estimate for relocating the pipeline. I'll forward
the estimate to you as soon as I receive a copy.

* I e-mailed Phil Porter the Bethel Road cross-sections as you
requested. You were copied on the e-mail.
* I spoke with our surveyors. The construction easement legal
descriptions & plats are basically done. Joe Peaster should review and
seal the documents on Monday, 12-2-02. You should have your copies the
next day.
