§ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That The Parks of Coppell Trust ("Grantor"), a Texas trust created by Liquidating
Trust Agreement, dated June 6, 1989, acting by and through its sole Trustee, in
consideration of the sum of One and No/100 Dollars ($1.00) and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid by the City of Coppell, Texas {"Grantee"), the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, has GRANTED, BARGAINED,
SOLD AND CONVEYED and does by these presents GRANT, BARGAIN, SELL AND
CONVEY unto Grantee, that certain land located in the City of Coppell, Texas, described
by metes and bounds on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference
for all purposes and depicted on Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference for all purposes (the "Premises") for the construction, maintenance and use of a
public street and appurtenant facilities.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto Grantee, its successors and assigns, for the
purposes aforesaid, the Premises.
Executed by Grantor on the date of Grantor's knowledgment, but dated and
effective for all purposes as of the 13th day of November ,1995.

RIGHT-OF-WAY DEDICATION
BEING a strip of land situated in the S.A. & M.G.R.R. Survey,
Abstract No. 1430 in the City of Coppell, Dallas County, Texas and
being part of atract of land as described in deed from Good
Financial Corporation to M. Douglas Adkins, Trustee, as recorded in
Volume 76188, Page 2355 of the Deed Records of Dallas County, Texas
and being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at a point of intersection of the south line of
Parkway Boulevard (a variable width right-of-way) with the east
line of Denton Tap Road (a variable width right-of-way), said point
also being in a curve to the left running in a southerly direction
and having a central angle of 01'48'30" a radius of 5679.70 feet
and a chord bearing of S. 00'47'32" W.; Thence along said curve,
and the said east line of Denton Tap Road, 179.26 feet; Thence S.
01'00'58" E., 1014.76 feet continuing along the said east line of
Denton Tap Road to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
