Phase I Road Closure
Dear Mr. Zaccarelli:
Construction of the Ruby Road improvements started in early December 2002 and will take
approximately 150 days to complete. The contractor for the project, Tiseo Paving Company,
developed a two-phase road closure plan to allow portions of Ruby Road to be closed while
still maintaining access to and from the adjacent property. See the attached exhibit for the
phases.
Phase I of the road closure wifl start on December 16, 2002. The existing roadway from
State/Freeport Parkway to the west side of the easternmost driveway of the mobile home
park will be closed. This will allow residents in the mobile home park and the owner of
the single-family residence to exit their property to the east towards Coppeil Road. It is
anticipated that this portion of the roadway will be closed until the beginning of March
2003.
The mail service to this area may need to be modified during construction. Once you have
had an oppommity to review the exhibit and determine how it will impact mail service to this
area, please contact Garreth Campbell, Project Inspector, at 972-304-3685 to discuss the
phasing.
